UK shipping

All UK orders are shipped free of charge.  UK orders are sent by Parcel Force or a specialised art courier for larger pieces. 

Shipping costs include all packaging and transit fees.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit

From Jan 2021 EU shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees depending on the destination country's laws. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred.

International Shipping

Please contact me prior to purchase for a quote shipping. Depending on costs and location these may be payable by the customer. I will always try and arrange the best method for delivery whilst keeping the painting safe. As with EU shipping costs, shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees depending on the destination. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred.

UK Returns

Upon receipt of your painting, if it is not as you expected, you have 14 days to contact me via email to request a refund. If a return is agreed upon, the responsibility of packing the painting is down to the customer and must be sent using the same service it was sent to you.  Once I have safely received the painting I will refund the payment within 14 days.  The customer is liable for all return postage costs.  

​Damaged artwork
I take great care to ensure the artwork is packaged carefully.  If a painting is damaged in transit please contact me with a photograph of the damage within 7 days of receiving it.

​Non-UK orders.
I am unable to offer a refund or return on any painting sent outside of the UK.
